MedTechConf is a platform where medical-device and healthcare conferences are discovered and booked: a public website, plus dashboards for attendees and organizers — administered from the CRM.

Try the platform yourself

A working replica of the real platform — website, dashboards and the admin side inside the CRM — running on fictional data. The real platform is a private company project — nothing you do here is saved.

  • Open an event and reserve a pass
  • Find your ticket in the Attendee dashboard
  • Create an event as an organizer
  • Approve it in the Admin tab (the CRM)

Tickets & checkout

Multiple ticket types including VIP Gold, paid with Stripe or PayPal, with downloadable badges.

Organizer dashboard

Create and edit events, build the program and speakers, track attendees, analytics and payouts.

Event websites

Organizers can generate a branded website for their event straight from the dashboard.

Attendee area

Tickets with boarding-pass style details, saved events and calendar export.

Admin in the CRM

The MedTechConf workspace of the CRM handles event approvals, claims, tickets & sales, registrations and payouts.

Email & tracking

Transactional emails built with React Email and Resend, with delivery and open tracking.

SEO engine

Programmatic landing pages by topic, country and year, with structured data.

The idea

Give medical-device and healthcare events one home: organizers publish and sell tickets, attendees discover and attend, and the team approves what goes live.

What I built

The public website, the attendee and organizer dashboards, ticketing with Stripe and PayPal, payouts, transactional emails, a programmatic SEO layer — and the admin side, which lives in the CRM.
