An online academy for medical device professionals

CompanyEasy Medical Device
RoleDesign and full-stack development
TypeE-learning platform
Year2026

A complete online academy: a course catalog, secure checkout with Stripe, a video course player with a final exam, verifiable certificates and a Career Record, all managed from the CRM.

Try the academy yourself

A working replica of the real academy: the public site, the course player and the admin side inside the CRM, running on fictional data. The real platform is a private company project and nothing you do here is saved.

  • Enroll in a course and pay at checkout
  • Watch lessons and take the exam
  • Open your certificate and Skill Points
  • Check the enrollment in the Admin tab (the CRM)

Course catalog

Filters by category and price, search, and course pages with the full curriculum and free preview lessons.

Secure checkout

Stripe embedded checkout with coupon codes, receipts and instant access once the payment is confirmed.

Course player

Video lessons, a lesson list with progress, downloadable resources and a progress ring, built for desktop and phone.

Final exam

Questions one at a time with a passing score, and a celebration with confetti when the learner passes.

Verifiable certificate

A PDF certificate with a QR code and a public verification page, shared on LinkedIn in one click.

Career Record

Skill Points for every finished course, learning levels and a PDF summary the learner can share.

Automated emails

Eight emails sent by the platform: welcome, enrollment, purchase, receipt, failed payment, abandoned checkout, certificate and survey.

Admin in the CRM

Courses, learners, enrollments with progress, certificates, reviews and coupons, all managed from the CRM.

The idea

Medical device teams need practical training on regulation, and a certificate that proves it. The goal was one place to learn, pay, pass the exam and share the result, without anyone handling it by hand.

What I built

The public site, authentication, the course player and exam, payments and webhooks, certificates with QR verification, the Career Record, the automated emails and the connection to the CRM that manages everything.
